Overview
Sportsrooms sourced and managed the accommodation and transport for the Premier League Annual Youth Development Conference in South West London in May 2019. This involved accommodation for 400 people across 5 hotels along with corresponding coach transfers to and from the event.
What we did
Working with our partners at the Premier League we helped organise our 4th annual Youth Development conference. This year’s event was hosted at Fulham F.C’s training ground at Motspur Park with the headquarters hotel being Richmond Hill Hotel. Working with our hotel partners we sourced accommodation for over 400 guests across five hotels around the Motspur Park and South West London area to house staff from every Premier League and English Football League club along with invited guests and VIPs.
In addition to managing room allocations and rooming lists we provided onsite support in each hotel to ensure smooth check in and deliver key information to the guests. Working with our travel partners Kings Ferry we also provided and managed coach travel to take the guests to and from the hotels and Mostpur Park.
