Over the years Sportsrooms have been proud to work with some of the biggest names in sports to stage some fantastic meeting and events. Our events team have worked on events from 4 delegates to 400 delegates and everything in between to deliver memorable and productive experiences for our clients.
The ability to get together and share ideas and information was taken for granted for a long time and then when the Coronavirus pandemic hit in early 2020 the opportunity to meet face to face, collaborate and network became virtually impossible.
Since the lifting of restrictions in the summer Sportsrooms has been inundated with meeting and event requests as clients start to scale back up their event requirements.
This summer Sportsrooms has had the privilege to work on several events throughout the country. Two of our highlights have been the annual Premier League Managers meeting hosted at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester and the first Coaches Voice Coaching Conference held at The Drum, Wembley.
The two events whilst very different in size both required detailed planning, effective communication and the ability to react and adapt to changes on the go.
The Coaches Voice Coaching Conference brought together over 300 coaches from all across the UK to share best practice, network and learn from the some of Europe’s best coaches headlined by highly respected former Red Bull head of sport and development Ralf Rangnick.
Jen Wilks, Account Manager for Sportsrooms who leads on meetings and events for the company says ‘It has been brilliant to get live face to face events back. Our clients and their delegates are clearly excited to be able to meet again and share ideas. Our job is to facilitate these meetings of minds and like we do with all elements of the business our aim is to take the stress away from organising events and feel very honoured to be trusted by our clients to help them deliver truely memorable experiences.’
