What’s your role within Sportsrooms?
My role in Sportsrooms is Account Manager for global and special events. Looking after our clients, including UEFA Champions League sponsors and the Lions Rugby sponsors, through our Partnership with Fuse. I also manage Laver Cup 2022 and managed the Heineken Champions Cup Final 2020 booking for EPCR.
Within this role I handle all bookings and contracts from beginning to end, offering our clients a friendly, flexible, and professional 24/7 service.
In addition I manage Football and Premiership Rugby teams bookings including Ipswich Town, Gloucester Rugby and London Irish.
What is the most enjoyable element of your job? Watching our teams be successful and receiving great feedback after a client stay is extremely rewarding, especially after working so hard making sure everything is just right.
What is your most memorable moment at Sportsrooms so far?
Looking after Racing 92 for the weekend for the Heineken Champions Cup Final 2020 in Bristol. I had the honour of meeting some World Class Rugby Players including Dominic Bird, Simon Zebo and Finn Russell. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience including having the opportunity itself of successfully managing a team stay for such a high-profile sporting event.
Have you got any recommendations for hotels to visit and why? For me it is The Wynn and Encore Resorts in Las Vegas, in my opinion no other hotel can match the facilities, shops or restaurants and the service is phenomenal!
Las Vegas has some of the best hotels in the World and is an amazing place to visit so I cannot recommend it enough!
